Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds work for Midas Pet credits, subscriptions and accessory orders.

1. Current status
Online checkout is not enabled yet — payment provider pending. No payments are currently taken on midaspet.shop, so there are no live charges to refund at this time. This policy sets out the terms that will apply once payments go live.
2. Digital credits
Board credits are digital items. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once a credit has been used to export or save a board, that credit is treated as consumed and is non-refundable.
3. Subscriptions
You can cancel a studio subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it ends. We do not provide partial refunds for the remainder of a billing period unless required by law.
4. Accessory orders
For physical accessories, once ordering is available, you may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days for a refund of the item price. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. See Shipping & Returns for the returns process.
5. Faulty or incorrect items
If an accessory arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return postage, in line with your UK consumer rights.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@midaspet.shop with your order reference and the reason for the request. We aim to review refund requests within five working days and to process approved refunds to the original payment method within 14 days.
